Erik D. Masick is an active-duty major in the Army’s Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. A former enlisted soldier, he served for seven years as an infantry officer, and has been assigned to the JAG Corps since graduation from law school in 2012. He holds an AA from the Valley Forge Military College (Valedictorian), a BA from Binghamton University, a JD from the University of Maryland School of Law, and an LLM from the Judge Advocate General’s School. He has done three combat deployments, and recently published an article on Moral Injury in the Military Law Review.
