Timothy Kudo deployed as a captain to Iraq and Afghanistan between 2009 and 2011 with Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 8th Marines. He’s currently a Senior Membership Associate with Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America. Before joining the military he taught middle school math in the Bronx with Teach For America. He is a native of Santa Monica, California.
